Welcome to the SolveAll360 WhatsApp API Gateway. By signing up for our Service, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Terms of Use

By registering for and using our Service, you confirm that you are a business entity or authorized individual acting on behalf of a business, and that you possess the authority to bind your organization to these terms.

2. Subscription Billing and Payments

• Pricing: Access to the WhatsApp Business API Integration Hub is billed at a flat rate of ₹29,999 per year.
• Meta API Costs: Please note that our service fee covers the gateway integration, portal interface, and support. The actual conversation charges billed by Meta/WhatsApp are separate and must be paid directly to Meta via your WhatsApp Business Account payment method.
• Cancellations and Refunds: Subscriptions are non-refundable. You can cancel your subscription renewal at any time through the portal settings.

3. Acceptable Use and Messaging Policies

You agree to use the WhatsApp Business API solely in compliance with Meta's official policies, including the WhatsApp Business Policy and Commerce Policy. Specifically, you agree not to:

• Send unsolicited, spam, or abusive messages to users.
• Utilize the service for any illegal, deceptive, or unauthorized activities.
• Distribute harmful, obscene, or fraudulent contents.

Failure to comply with WhatsApp Business policies may result in Meta suspending your WhatsApp Business Account. SolveAll360 is not responsible for suspensions initiated by Meta due to policy violations.

4. Service Availability and Limitation of Liability

We strive to maintain a high uptime for our gateway. However, because our service depends on Meta's infrastructure and your hosting environment, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. SolveAll360 shall not be liable for any loss of business, data, or profits resulting from service interruptions.
